September 25, 2008:
To All: I am happy to inform you that management has agreed with us that
semiannual recertification of flexiplace agreements as a performance review tool
is not necessary due to the fact the performance reviews are conducted four
time a year per the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Therefore, the practice of
semiannual recertification will be discontinued. If you have any questions, call
me at 6104.
